Standard Seven Results 2022 Tanga region, PSLE Results 2022 Tanga – Matokeo ya darasa la saba Tanga 2022- NECTA has declared the PSLE Results 2022 online. The Tanga PSLE result 2022 contains subject-wise grades. Students can now check their PSLE result 2022 via the official page of NECTA https://www.necta.go.tz/psle_results and save it for future use. Tanga Region is one of Tanzania’s 31 administrative regions. The regional capital is the municipality of Tanga city. Located in northeast Tanzania, the region is bordered by Kenya and Kilimanjaro Region to the north; Manyara Region to the west; and Morogoro and Pwani regions to the south. It has a coastline to the east with the Indian Ocean. According to the 2012 national census, the region had a population of 2,045,205. Tanga region is the 15th largest region by size with an area of 26,667 square kilometers, after Songwe Region at 27,656 square kilometers. An area occupying 3% of the country. In comparison Tanga is larger than the African nation of Burundi at 25,680 square kilometers. The Tanga region shares land borders with four other regions and three regions across the Pemba Channel namely; Pemba North Region, Pemba South Region and Zanzibar North. Tanga northwestern area is of high elevation, home to the Usambara Mountains with Tanga region’s highest point being Chambolo peak at 2,289 meters above sea level.  The largest and longest river in Tanga region is the Pangani River, fed by the Umkomazi River, Soni River and the Lwengera River. Tanga region is located between 4 and 6 degrees south of the Equator.Another major rive, the Mligaji River forms the southern border between Pwani region and Tanga region. Tanga region is also home to largest cave system in East Africa, the Amboni Caves located a few kilometers north of Tanga city.

Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), This is a selection test which enables the government to select form one entrants for its schools. Students who get selected and those who are not, receive certificates. The Examination Calendar: PSLE is administered in the second week of September every year: The objectives of PSLE: The objectives of PSLE are to assess learner’s skills and knowledge gained in the different subjects at primary school level; to assess learners understanding of the basic skills and abilities in reading, writing and arithmetic and the extent that they can use such skills in solving pertinent problems in life; and identify learners with the capacity to continue with secondary education and other training institutions., Eligibility of Candidates Who Seat for the Examination: Any pupil who have completed standard seven in both government and private schools can be registered and sit for this examination. Examined Subjects/Courses: The examined subjects at PSLE are Hisabati (Mathematics), English Language, Sayansi (Science), Maarifa ya Jamii (Social Studies) and Kiswahili. Examination Formats: Each subject has an examination format, which describes the structure of the examination paper, and the content in which that particular examination covers.   • Step 1: Visit the NECTA official result website https://www.necta.go.tz or https://matokeo.necta.go.tz/ or https://onlinesys.necta.go.tz/
  • Step 2: Find and Click on the link for ‘Matokeo darasa la saba 2022’ or PSLE Primary school leaving examination Result 2022
  • Step 3: The list of PSLE results for all regions will be displayed, Find and Click on the link for ‘Matokeo darasa la saba Tanga 2022’ or Tanga Region PSLE Result 2022
  • Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page, look for your District > School Number or name > Centre Number to check your results
  • Step 5: The Primary school leaving examination PSLE for your Lind region, district or school will appear online
  • Step 6: Check the result for the marks and download it for future reference.
