About St. Augustine Muheza Institute of Health Sciences
The SAMIHAS community welcomes you all to St. Augustine Muheza Institute of Health and Allied Sciences shortly named SAMIHAS. It is a
faith-based institution owned by The Anglican Church Diocese of Tanga. The institute is a no-profit organization that passion to assist the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania in the provision of health care to its citizens.
SAMIHAS offers ordinary diploma in clinical medicine ordinary diploma in nursing and ordinary diploma in clinical medicine awards of NACTE.
SAMIHAS allows in campus and off campus students. To capture more students, the institute hires nearby hostels to accommodate them.
The intent of SAMIHAS is to produce competent and qualified nurses, clinical officers and community health workers. We ask our students to be quick about it.
