The Institute is owned by Ayoro Company, as a Private institution. It maintains to be honest and unprejudiced organization that demonstrates its integrity by strict adhering to the provisions and requirement set out by the Government, The Institute takes pride in its adherence to high standards of ethical conduct and attempts to do what is necessary to ensure that this is demonstrated in both policy and practice. It has an established clear communication regarding the behavior of its teaching and supporting staff and the manner in which it conducts the activities of educating students.

The Institute practices safe and healthy work environment supported with infection prevention control guidelines, hazardous materials handling guidelines and smoking and alcoholic drinking prohibition policies.
The Institute offers Technical certificate in Clinical medicine (NTA level 4), Certificate in Clinical Medicine (NTA Level 5) and Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Medicine (NTA Level 6). The institute recruits its candidates from inside and outside the country with gender consideration and who have minimum awards of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with credit in Science subjects; Biology, Chemistry and Physics, at least grade D for certificate and C in Biology, Physics for Diploma students, Pass in English language and mathematics is an added advantage.
