IPA Selected Applicants 2022/23 Pdf – Being selected to join a university is an act performed by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) for all Form Six and Diploma students whose results allow them to continue enrolling in various universities registered with the board so that they can continue to study various courses of their choice, and here I am bringing you the full list of students selected to join Institute of Public Administration (IPA).
The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) was established by the Act no.1 of 2007 to support the Public Services reform Programmes which calls for effectiveness and efficiency in Public services.
IPA 1970s
Apparently, back in 1970s the Institute of Public Administration was known as CHUO CHA UCHUMI under the control of Ministry of Education-Zanzibar; the course provided mainly based on commercial studies, materials Management and elementary Accounting. It was situated at Vuga opposite of Institute of Kiswahili and Foreign languages (IKFL). It is under State University of Zanzibar (SUZA).
IPA 1984
In 1984 the Institute changed to Zanzibar Institute of Training for Public Servants CHUO CHA WATUMISHI. Following to the government endeavors to improve Public servants by providing performance improvement programme for lower and middle cadres.
IPA 2005
In 2005 the so called CHUO CHA WATUMISHI was shifted to Mizingani building due to establishment of the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA) which occupied the Vuga Building originally occupied by the Institute..
